« konq-pdf (various PDF service menus for KDE)

New version of konq-pdf

In this version, fix some bug in english language menu.
I made compatibility with dolphin file manager too.

In detailed the changelog for konq-pdf version 0.2 from 0.1 is:

- in pdfnup.desktop, change the line “X-KDE-Submenu=Paginate” to “X-KDE-Submenu=Page for sheet”
(tanks to Robert Annessi)
- in pdfjoin.desktop, change the line “X-KDE-Submenu=Unisci o aggiungi” to “X-KDE-Submenu=Join or add”
(tanks to Robert Annessi)
- Added compatibility with D3lphin, the new file manager (fork of Dolphin for KDE4).

    Hi Pippo,
    why don’t you expand the package to also include menus for Nautilus (GNOME) and Thunar (xfce)?

    I like your idea, but Nautilus not have support for two level menu at this moment with simple scripts. Maybe it have but I can’t find the way for do it. When Nautilus have support for it, I write for Nautilus too.

    I not use Thunar and this servicemenus are for all …. :-)
